Used modules are not tested by LKQ to meet any safety standards. The installer of a used air srs unit must test whether the used unit will function properly. The purchaser of an item from us agrees to accept all risks of damages or injuries, including death, relating to the use of srs. CUSTOMER and its AFFILIATES and SUBCONTRACTORS shall comply with all United States laws and regulations controlling the export of certain commodities and technical data, including without limitation all Export Administration Regulations of the United States Department of Commerce. Among other things, these laws and regulations prohibit or require a license for the export of certain types of commodities and technical data to specified countries.

CUSTOMER hereby acknowledges that it will comply with, and will cause its AFFILIATES and SUBCONTRACTORS to comply with, all United States export control laws and regulations, that CUSTOMER has sole responsibility for any export of certain commodities and technical data and any violation of such laws and regulations by itself or its AFFILIATES or SUBCONTRACTORS. CUSTOMER and its AFFILIATES and SUBCONTRACTORS will indemnify, defend, and hold LKQ ONLINE harmless for any consequences of any such violation. Orders to the Yukon will be canceled!
